This Book is titled Eragon by Christopher Paolini. It is a beautifully written piece of fiction. It is about a boy who finds a dragon egg and after it hatches is chased across the kingdom by the empires men. On the way he gets help by Brom and Murtaug.This book is one of the most captivating and exciting piece of literature that I have ever read. It's sequel Eldest already came out and on 9/20/08 the third book Brisinger comes out, both a must read.

This was a very good book... not a typical book with dragons and magic... but it was a good read!
That is a very obscure book. I am not a fan of this series.
